Vacation rental turnovers near the pier and the oceanfront

Jacksonville Beach is where a big share of the area vacation rentals are, especially the condos and cottages within walking distance of the pier and the oceanfront. From spring break through Labor Day, bookings run back to back, and hosts often have only a few hours between one guest leaving and the next one arriving.

Our turnover checklist is made for that window: kitchen reset, bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, beds made with your linens, towels set out, trash out and floors cleaned. We also send a quick message if we notice something broken or missing, so you can fix it before the next check-in.

Sand is the enemy

At the beach, sand comes in on every pair of feet, every towel and every cooler. It scratches floors, collects in tile grout and ends up in beds. We pay extra attention to entries, floors, showers and under furniture, because a guest who finds sand in the bed does not leave five stars.

Homes and small businesses year-round

Not everything at the beach is a rental. Many families live here year-round, and the restaurants, shops and offices along Beach Boulevard and Third Street need cleaning too. For businesses we clean after hours, so the space is ready when you open the doors.
